Limitation of Liability. Big Red Mailroom, a Cornell Student Agencies venture, acts solely as a last-mile delivery service. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that:
  1. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs prior to our physical receipt of your package from the carrier.
  2. We are not responsible for delays caused by the original carrier, incorrect tracking information, or packages not yet delivered to our facility.
  3. You are responsible for ensuring your tracking number is accurate and associated with the package you intend to have delivered.
  4. We are not responsible for packages after they are delivered. While we schedule a delivery window to meet you at your room, missed appointments may result in deliveries being left outside of your room.
  5. Our liability is limited to the delivery service fee paid, in all cases.

What if my package hasn't arrived at your facility yet?

You can submit your order before the package arrives. We'll match it on arrival and deliver same-day.

Which dorms do you deliver to?

We deliver to all on-campus residential buildings at Cornell. Enter your dorm and room number and we'll find you.

What are the delivery hours?

We deliver daily. Order by our cutoff time for same-day delivery; orders placed after cutoff are delivered the following day.

Can I track my delivery?

You'll receive a confirmation when we pick up your package and a notification when it's been delivered to your door.
